Chez.BonBonでは、国産の果実を使用し、丁寧に手作りしたジャムをお届けしています。
果物本来の香りや味わいを大切に、素材の個性を最大限に引き出すことを心がけています。

ゲル化剤・着色料・保存料などの食品添加物は使用しておりません。
(一部特別な商品を除く)

やさしい甘さと丁寧な製法
お砂糖には、北海道産のビートグラニュー糖を使用。
素材の風味をやさしく引き立て、過剰な甘さを控えた、
からだにやさしい味わいに仕上げています。
また、一度に大量生産はせず、素材の状態を見極めながら火にかけ、
短時間で煮込むことで、果実の色・香り・食感を大切にしています。

Handmade, Additive-Free Jams Made with Japanese Fruit

At Chez.BonBon, we create carefully handmade jams using fruit grown in Japan.
We value the natural aroma and flavor of each fruit, and aim to bring out its true character to the fullest.

We do not use any food additives such as gelling agents, colorings, or preservatives
(except for a small number of special products).

Gentle Sweetness, Thoughtful Craftsmanship

For sweetness, we use beet granulated sugar produced in Hokkaido.
It gently enhances the natural flavor of the fruit while keeping the sweetness light and balanced, creating a taste that feels kind to the body.

Rather than producing in large batches, we cook our jams in small quantities, carefully observing the condition of the fruit.
By simmering them for a short time, we preserve their natural color, aroma, and texture.
